"Yearly" refers to the lifespan of the contact lenses, meaning they can be worn and reused for up to one year from the time they are first opened. These lenses are designed for long-term use, offering durability and convenience throughout the year.

I've Received a Faulty/Wrong Item, What Should I Do?

What Should I Do If My Contacts Are Uncomfortable to Wear?

Our contact lenses are certified by FDA and CE, making defects highly unlikely. However, discomfort while wearing them may occur due to several factors:

- Wearing the lenses for extended periods without breaks.

- Experiencing eye strain or blurry vision.

- Not properly cleaning and disinfecting your hands or contact lens tools before handling.

If discomfort persists, we recommend removing the lenses and contacting us for further assistance.

What Is Your Return Policy?

Luxyeye offers a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, undamaged, unused, and unexpired.

As we are still growing, Luxyeye does not provide return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which may vary based on your location and the number of items returned. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can I Return Items After 14 Days?
