At LuxyEye, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, our Return & Refund Policy outlines the steps you need to take and the conditions that apply.

 Return/Refund Conditions

  1. Items Received Within 14 Days
    You must initiate your return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Unopened and Original Condition
    Items returned must be in their original packaging and in good condition. We do not accept returns of items that have been opened, damaged, or altered in any way.

  3. Pre-Approval Required
    Please contact us before returning any items. Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

  4. Return Shipping Charges
    You are responsible for all return shipping charges.

  5. Warranty Period
    Our after-sale warranty covers you for 14 days from the date you receive your parcel (as per the logistic information).

  6. Refund Policy
    Refunds will be issued for the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you discover any quality issues with your product (e.g., ripped, incomplete, shriveled), please contact us immediately and provide clear pictures of the defective item. We will verify the issue and arrange for a replacement if necessary.

Important: Do not dispose of the lens or its packaging until the issue is fully resolved. Note that different packages may contain lenses of varying colors, and differences in color may occur.

 

Return/Refund Process

  1. Inspect Before Opening
    Please carefully inspect the items for any damage or incorrect colors before opening the package.

  2. One After-Sale Privilege Per Order
    Each order is entitled to only one after-sale service (e.g., replace, return, or refund).

  3. Non-Returnable Conditions
    We do not accept returns or offer refunds if the product color does not meet your expectations, if the product is correct, or if the parameters you ordered are not suitable for your eyes.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@luxyeye.com to request a return authorization. Include your name, order number, and reason for the return. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address.

Notice:

  1. Shipping Responsibility
    We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. Refunds cannot be issued without receipt of the item(s) or proof of return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

  2. Refund Process
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Recheck your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank, as there may be processing time before the refund is posted.
