Luxyeye offers a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, undamaged, unused, and unexpired.

As we are still growing, Luxyeye does not provide return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which may vary based on your location and the number of items returned. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable.
